South Carolina's star edge rusher Dylan Stewart is on track to play against Florida on Saturday after serving his one-game suspension, a source told ESPN's Pete Thamel.

Stewart received a one-game ban from South Carolina and the SEC for his actions during a September loss to Alabama, including punching a Crimson Tide player.

Stewart missed the Gamecocks' loss to Kentucky, but head coach Shane Beamer wouldn't confirm earlier this week whether the edge rusher would suit up against Florida despite serving his suspension.

Considered a potential premier prospect in the 2027 NFL Draft, Stewart has one tackle in two contests this year and racked up 11 sacks over the previous two seasons.

South Carolina is 2-3 and will travel to take on 4-1 Florida.
