The Los Angeles Rams are signing veteran kicker Brandon McManus, the team announced Tuesday.
McManus will become the third kicker in as many weeks to suit up for the Rams, joining Harrison Mevis and Blake Grupe. L.A. released Mevis following a series of kicking miscues in Week 5, while Grupe landed on IR earlier this week after tearing his ACL during his first game with the Rams.
Mevis went 5-for-9 this season before being released. Grupe converted his lone attempt in Sunday's loss to the Arizona Cardinals.
McManus last kicked in 2025 with the Green Bay Packers, successfully making 24 of his 30 attempts during the regular season. However, McManus' final game as a Packer hit a sour note; he went 0-for-2 on field goal attempts and 3-for-4 on extra-point tries during a playoff loss to the Chicago Bears.
The 35-year-old owns an 82% career field-goal success rate and has also appeared in regular-season games with the Denver Broncos and Jacksonville Jaguars, in addition to Green Bay.
The Rams enter Week 7 in last place in the NFC West with a 2-4 record.
