The Brooklyn Nets are signing free-agent guard Keon Ellis to a two-year deal worth $18 million, sources told ESPN's Shams Charania.

Ellis' contract reportedly contains a mutual option for 2027-28, which can be exercised by either the club or the player.

The 26-year-old split 72 games between the Sacramento Kings and Cleveland Cavaliers last season. He averaged a career-best 8.3 points in 29 games after landing in Cleveland in a three-team deal at the trade deadline.

Ellis joins a remodeled Nets roster that will feature sixth overall pick Mikel Brown Jr. and recent trade acquisition Julius Randle alongside Michael Porter Jr. in 2026-27. Brooklyn also reportedly re-signed Josh Minott and Day'Ron Sharpe to two-year deals this offseason.
